I placed an order for a family member who, when I ordered them was still with us. Unfortunately that family member passed after I ordered so my original card message was not quite appropriate anymore. Claire called me and took the time to write out a whole new card with me on the phone, through tears, and I can't say how very thankful I am for the extreme kindness she showed. I have not even seen the flowers but that customer service and compassion is all I need to know to highly recommend this flower shop. Thank you for making a very hard day a little bit easier.

My sister has been sending me photos of the beautiful flowers I ordered for her for the past 2 weeks! It was an absolutely gorgeous arrangement. The service was great and the process to order online was very easy. The only thing I didn't understand is that they called my sister to tell her they were coming when flowers are usually meant to be a surprise.
